Privacy Report

The privacy report (GDPR report) brings together all data the DocSecBox has stored about your account. You receive it as a PDF file, for example for a request for information under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Download the Report

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the navigation bar and choose Profile.
  2. In the Account area, click Privacy report in the Data protection card.
  3. Wait until the File download ready dialog appears. This can take a moment.
  4. Click the file name. The report opens as a PDF.

What the Report Contains

The report covers the tenant you are currently working in and appears in the language you chose in your profile. It contains:

  • your name and e-mail address
  • your company's privacy information and the contact details of the supervisory authority
  • the number of e-mails the DocSecBox has sent you
  • every sign-in and sign-out with its time
  • every change to your account, each with the previous value
  • every action you performed on files, with time and file name

Your administrator maintains the privacy information and the contact details of the supervisory authority under Settings › Application › Privacy.
